Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • All authors' details, including names, affiliations, and emails, are entered into the submission system. The order of authors in the system matches exactly with that in the paper.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a 12-point font; employs italics, rather than underlining (except with URL addresses); and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • The submission file is in Microsoft Word, or Latex file format.

Special Issue of The Green Transport Development Conference

The Green Transport Development Conference serves as a forum for scientists, businesses, and policymakers to exchange ideas on the needs, solutions, and applications of Automation and Logistics in developing green transport—a critical sector in the national green growth strategy. The event aligns with Directive No. 44/CT-TTg dated December 9, 2024, issued by the Prime Minister, regarding the green growth strategy for the 2021-2030 period, with a vision to 2050.

The workshop, organized by the Faculty of Electrical and Electronics Engineering, University of Transport and Communications, in collaboration with the Transportation Automation & Logistics Sub-association and the Vietnam Automation Association, will take place on April 19, 2025, at the university.

Accepted papers will be selected for publication in the Journal of Measurement, Control, and Automation (ISSN: 3030-4555), which is accredited with a maximum of 1 point by the State Council for Professorship Titles of Vietnam.

Special Issue of Asian Workshop on Antennas and Propagation 2025

The AWAP 2025 (Asian Workshop on Antennas and Propagation 2025) will take place in Hanoi University of Science and Technology, Hanoi, Vietnam. This workshop is jointly organized by Hanoi University of Science and Technology, IEEE Antennas & and Propagation/Microwave Theory Technique Joint Vietnam Chapter. The
cooperating organizations are Electrical Engineering/Electronics, Computer, Telecommunications and Information Technology Association of Thailand (ECTI), Thailand, the Technical Group on Antennas and Propagation of the Korean Institute of Electromagnetic Engineering and Science (KIEES), Korea,  and the Technical Committee on Antennas and Propagation of the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers (IEICE), Japan.  

AWAP 2025 will provide a broad forum for participants from both academia and industries to exchange information, share research results, and discuss collaborations in the fields of microwave, antenna and its applications.

Prospective authors are invited to submit original papers on their latest research results. Papers presented at the conference will be submitted for inclusion in a Special Issue of the Journal of Measurement, Control, and Automation if the authors are selected. Proposals for special sessions are also solicited. This workshop includes oral and poster presentations. In addition, there will be a student presentation competition in this workshop. We would like to extend a warm welcome to all attendees and enjoy your stay in Hanoi. Let’s use this opportunity to make new friends and expand our professional networks!
